Who is Mediris GP designed for?
Mediris GP is a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for general practitioners, with built-in eHealth integrations, an AI assistant for administrative tasks, and secure, GDPR-compliant storage of patient data. You can work easily through your browser, without having to install any software on your computer.

All your patient data in one place
Mediris GP centralises all patient information in one intuitive interface:
- Consultations and medical history, with eHealth integrations and a direct connection to hubs such as CoZo
- Medical history with problem lists
- Medication schedules and vaccination records, linked to Vaccinnet
- Laboratory results and medical reports through eHealth integrations
These integrations are immediately available during the consultation. Would you rather work with your own contact templates alongside the standard SOAP fields? That is possible too. Thanks to smart templates and automation, you can keep administrative work to a minimum.
Work anywhere, without installation
Mediris GP is a fully cloud-based EMR. You simply work through your browser, such as Google Chrome, without installing software or having to perform updates.
Do you also provide out-of-hours care at a GP out-of-hours centre? You can easily switch between both applications within your account. The familiar interface allows you to work efficiently both in the out-of-hours environment and in your own practice.
You also always have access to your patient records during home visits. Whether you use a smartphone, tablet or laptop, you can continue working securely wherever you are, via Wi-Fi or 4G/5G.
