A price adjustment for the first time in two years
As you know, we do not implement a price increase every year. The last changes date back to early 2024, and a lot has changed over the past two years. Digitisation within healthcare is accelerating — just think of the mandatory electronic billing for doctors. Expectations around cyber security also continue to rise.
In addition, we continuously invest in simplifying your daily practice operations, among other things via AI functionalities and ever faster applications.
Our infrastructure also received an important upgrade: thanks to heavier servers, Mediris remains performant, even when the load is high.
Continuing to invest in what matters most to you
The price adjustment supports investments in three areas that directly benefit you:
- Accurate and reinforced support: we are expanding our support team and investing in extra training opportunities for you as a doctor. These training sessions are completely free. Problems with your eHealth certificate? Our team helps you free of charge with the application and follow-up. These are just a few examples of what we offer.
- High-performance software: we continuously optimise and renew our systems so that Mediris works faster and more efficiently during your consultations and administration.
- Investing in security: cyber security remains an absolute priority. We invest in the latest security standards so that your data always stays safe. Our ISO 27001 certificate is a fine confirmation of these efforts.

We understand that price increases are never pleasant. Yet they are necessary to continue offering you the quality, security and reliability you expect from us. We continue to communicate transparently about our developments and continue to focus on sustainable innovation.
When does the price increase take effect?
The new rates apply from January 2026. Since each user has their own renewal date, the price adjustment will be visible on the next invoice in the new year.
Below you will find an overview of the licences whose rate is changing. The prices always apply to annual licences and are exclusive of VAT.
